Regional Market Manager- Outside Sales

Position Summary:

The Regional Market Manager will be responsible for initiating and maintaining relationships with all prospective clients in multiple defined geographic territories. Initial communication with prospective clients will take place via telephone, email, and social media, at the discretion of the individual, and sales presentations will typically take place in person, at the prospective client’s actual business location, which will require frequent out-of-state travel.

Our office is in Orlando, FL and this position will be in-office, here in Orlando, multiple days each week. Ideal candidates will be Orland-based, but willing to travel. 

To Be Considered You Must:

  • Already have been successful in a traveling, face-to-face, business-to-business sales role
  • Have a proven track record of exceeding goals, closing sales, and developing strong relationships
  • Poses the ability to make presentations in a professional manner to highly entrepreneurial business owners
  • Be a dynamic professional who knows how to have engaging conversations and ask thought-provoking questions
  • Come to the table with a sales philosophy that fits your style
  • Be tenacious and committed, yet open to feedback and development from leaders
  • Enjoy the opportunity to help our clients finally find a solution that will work for them
  • Have experience operating in CRM systems like Salesforce.com
  • Already know the basics, like how to respond to common objections, how to start a conversation with a stranger, how to ask for a sale, how to listen and gain common ground, how to set an appointment
  • Exhibit powerful communication skills and be comfortable having complex discussions with high level decision makers
  • Be unstoppable and results-focused and thrive, not just perform, under pressure
  • Be a reader and a student who's constantly seeking new ideas and better information

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a Regional Market Manager you'll initiate new relationships with managers, executives and owners in the retail auto business. You’ll offer free resources, talk about their goals, offer advice, understand their challenges, earn their trust. The intermediate goal will be to create a dialogue that leads to a relationship, which in turn leads to a qualification discussion and to an in-person meeting at their store, which you will travel to.  Our company offers a unique selling proposition that is unlike anything else in our industry. You will be trained on the right questions to ask, offering an analysis and providing helpful advice.  Once on the road, you will receive outstanding support from the entire Company team, helping you close deals and provide stellar support to our new clients you sign.
